  • 10-minute grace period

    • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled.

  • Please provide at least 12 hours notice for cancelations or reschedules.

  • Free nail repairs are offered within 1 week of service, after 1 week, a fee will apply.

  • Please arrive with no open cuts or infections. If any signs of infection are present, service may be refused for health and safety.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service for disrespectful behavior or unsanitary conditions.
